Invisible Homemade Plate Hangers

beautiful Sunday (8) travel to China to play

this past week has flown between tasks, and the usual daily routine after school.
Lately, we like to cut some more time together, how to prepare dinner.

several months at school, are distributing, once a week, fruit and vegetables to children of first and second grade to get them used to eat most willingly: I find it wonderful initiative, because we say children are not really like the fruit and vegetables.
The other day, however, Francis I took home a box of celery, washed and chopped-up, has not eaten because they lack the teeth to nibble on, and so we found a way to taste a vegetable I had never thought to present it raw.

We cut some thin strips of celery and carrots together we enjoyed with a vinaigrette flavored with oregano, really good!

The other half, we used a simple but tasty soup.

We cut them into pieces carrots, celery, onion, tomatoes and potatoes ...

in a pan with olive oil, stir a bit and then ...

with the blender we shake the whole, simple, good!

While the carrot cut into chunks, we talked about this and that, I was moved when Francis put all his efforts and held the knife being careful in their movements, gradually cut all vegetables:
I was detained ... I put aside and left to do, he got more and more, to anticipate things to do, stirred the pot and sniffed ecstatically: that smell!

Cooking with your children is compelling, we send love for food, things good and genuine, is also helping them to master skills that will allow them to be more self-understanding and for mom to step aside and let it do ... the dinner was a success for children to eat vegetables is not easy, but if you involve them in the kitchen, in the end, they will eat more readily.

there have been moments of play, which turned off the television, we have recovered the moments of happiness together,
good week!
